Building on over 40 years of know-how, Corsair and ESTACA, a post-baccalaureate engineering school specializing in transport and sustainable mobility, have signed a partnership agreement.

The aim is to strengthen links between the academic world and the aeronautics industry, and raise awareness among the next generation of engineers of the technical and environmental challenges facing the sector.

This first-ever partnership between these two benchmark players will run for 3 years.

Immerse yourself in a company's operational challenges

Through this partnership, future aeronautical engineers will be able to immerse themselves in the sector's current challenges, thanks to the involvement of Corsair engineers during their training, as well as the proposal of industrial study projects linked to the real challenges faced by airlines.

Themed conferences and debates will also be offered, led by several of the airline's experts, to raise students' awareness of subjects such as optimizing flight operations and reducing an airline's carbon footprint. Students will also be welcomed into Corsair's maintenance hangar, where they will be able to gain first-hand experience of what it's like to work in the field.

Future engineers will also benefit from the company's support in their career planning, through internship offers and simulated job interviews.

Fostering innovation and operational efficiency

Collaboration between an airline and an engineering school encourages the development of innovative technological solutions to improve the efficiency of the airline industry. This partnership offers students a unique framework for developing technical skills and knowledge directly applicable to the fields of sustainability and energy efficiency, in line with Corsair's CSR initiatives and ESTACA's strategic project.

"The training and professional integration of young people is one of the pillars of Corsair's policy of social and environmental responsibility. We firmly believe in the importance of training this new generation of aeronautical engineers, who will have many challenges to meet as our industry continues to evolve. It was therefore an obvious choice for us to contribute our expertise to their training. Pascal de Izaguirre, Corsair Chairman and CEO.

"This partnership is a mutually beneficial alliance for Corsair and ESTACA, which share many common values, including excellence and know-how. Building on these essential values in the face of changes in the aeronautical sector, we will work together to train engineers who are ever more in tune with the needs of the industry. Our aim is to graduate engineers who are ready to innovate to meet the challenges of tomorrow. Arnaud Marfurt, ESTACA President.
