13th Women in Industry Awards

Femmes Ingénieures is supporting the 13th edition of the Trophées des Femmes de l'industrie organized by L'Usine Nouvelle on September 24, 2024 in Paris and online.

Another opportunity for companies to promote women's careers, and in particular the careers of women engineers! 11 trophies will be awarded by a jury of professionals to honor women in industry with remarkable career paths.
This is a highly promising event for the employer image of industrial companies and their partners: over 1,600 women's career paths have been studied since 2012 on the occasion of these trophies.

Nominations for the 2024 edition are open, and here are the profiles that will be rewarded: Woman Entrepreneur, Woman of Production, Woman of Project, Woman of R&D, Woman of Innovation, Commercial Woman, Woman of Finance (new), Woman of Digital, Woman of Sustainable Development, International Woman, Woman with a Promising Start. In addition, the Usine Nouvelle editorial team will award the special prize of Industry Woman of the Year.

You can also directly recommend a woman you know by filling in the form with the information requested. You can nominate more than one person, completing separate applications for each.

Nominations must be endorsed by a sponsor , who will indicate :

- either the name of his or her company (which may be different from that of the applicant),

- or the organization to which they belong (the "Femmes Ingénieures" association, for example).
