Appointments - An Estacian at the helm of Ducasse Paris

Groupe Ducasse announces the appointment of Tom Lerouge as its new General Manager.

Tom graduated in 2012 with a degree in Auto engineering, and is a researcher at CentraleSupélec and ENS Cachan. He is the founder of several companies in the residential real estate sector and hotel investment (funds or companies). At Zodiac Aerospace and Edeis, he held project development and management positions. This atypical background is ideal for Alain Ducasse, who is keen to collaborate with new profiles to bring fresh vision and skills to the Group's optimal development.

Alongside Alain Ducasse (Founder) and Véronique Lartigue (President), Tom Lerouge will work to accelerate the Group's development and improve its performance.velopment and improve the operating profitability of the Ducasse Group and Manufactures Alain Ducasse in France and abroad.

Ducasse Paris currently represents 33 restaurants, over 40 Manufactures counters (chocolate, ice cream, cookie, coffee) and some 2,000 employees worldwide.
