Annual General Meeting 2024

Arnaud Marfurt, President of ESTACA, is pleased to invite you to the 2024 Annual General Meeting and will be delighted to see you at the 2024 Greetings Ceremony:

This event is reserved for contributors who are up to date with their contributions on December 30, 2023, and for 5th year students.

All information concerning the Annual General Meeting will be sent to you by e-mail.


Program :

  • 6pm: Chairman's greetings

  • 6:30 p.m.: Annual General Meeting

  • 7:40 p.m.: Cocktail reception, tour of laboratories with our lecturers and meetings with student associations

This event will be an opportunity to visit our site, discover innovative projects linked to the transport of the future, and exchange ideas with students from the associations and their teachers.

To ensure that the event runs smoothly, please register before January 12.
