Camille and Antoine: Aero passion

Camille Mansiaux and Antoine Martonara, both class of 2015, met at ESTACA and haven't left each other since.

After graduating, sharing their lives and a common passion, they embarked on a crazy project: building a Van's RV8 kit plane!

After 8 years, hundreds of sheets deburred, thousands of rivets set, moments of doubt, budget choices, opportunities seized, and three moves, their aircraft successfully completed its first test flights at the end of June 2024.

For them, it's a passionate dream come true! Thanks to their energy, their pugnacity, their complicity and the support of their families and friends, this crazy project has become a reality. Now it's time to Fly! ✈ ️

Note to other aero enthusiasts: their RV8 is based at the St Cyr l'école airfield (outside the Olympic Games period).
