Appointments - Alphabet France appoints new Director of Operations and IT

As of June¹, 2024, Cyril Jacquin is the new Director of Operations and IT atAlphabet France. After more than 28 years with BMW France, he joins the French subsidiary of the German carmaker's full-service leasing company, succeeding Fabrice de Margerie.

In his new role, he will be responsible for developing relations with manufacturers and networks, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service, and reselling used vehicles.

"I'm delighted to be joining the Alphabet France teams and to be working alongside them to develop operations, which play a crucial role for our partners and customers alike", says Cyril Jacquin, in response to his appointment.

An automotive enthusiast

For almost 30 years, Cyril Jacquin has put his passion for the automobile and his commercial and managerial skills to work for the BMW Group. A graduate of ESTACA with a major in automotive engineering, he began his career in 1996 with BMW France as an instructor and then technical advisor, before being appointed head of after-sales systems and technical support in 2003.

Seven years later, he became head of the marketing and business development department and, in 2016, director of customer services, before joining Alphabet France on June¹, 2024.

"Beyond the automobile, I've been a passionate rugby player for 40 years, and I'll be keen to instill in my teams the same philosophy as on the pitch: team spirit, respect and high standards," adds Alphabet France's new Director of Operations and IT.
