Appointments - Expertise and experience

Agnès Pronost-Gilles began her career in Technical Management at Hispano-Suiza (Safran Transmission Systems) in 1991, then as Production Manager. She joined Snecma (Safran Aircraft Engines) in 2003, where she joined the joint strategy department, where she was in charge of engine maintenance joint venture support, before becoming assistant to the engine maintenance workshop manager at Saint-Quentin. At the end of 2008, she was appointed Forge Manager at Snecma's Gennevilliers site. She then joined Messier-Bugatti-Dowty (Safran Landing Systems) in 2012 as Deputy Production Manager in charge of programs, supply chain and planning for the Landing Gear and Integration division. In August 2016, Agnès was appointed Director of Programs for the Wheels and Brakes division. In October 2020, she became head of the Safran Landing Systems (ATA 32) Systems and Equipment division.

In March 2025, she joins Safran Electrical & Power and becomes General Manager of the Power division.
