• 9H - Round Table Assises de la parité x L'Hémicycle - The upheaval of the arrival of AI in business & society: How to accompany these transformations? How to ensure inclusion, parity and diversity objectives? How can we ensure the right gender balance in sectors and professions?
  
• 9:45 - Presentation of Unesco's work on AI ethics.
  
• 10:00 - Round table "Assises de la parité" x L'Hémicycle - Corporate social responsibility in the light of the new generations' new relationship with work: What are the potentially contradictory expectations of different generations in the workplace? How can we create the conditions for dialogue and the transmission of know-how? What kind of career paths for all, including the professional conversion of older employees? How can we accelerate transformation in "gendered" professions and sectors?
  
• 10:45 - Presentation of the Edhec study.

AFTERNOON

• 5pm - Round table "Assises de la parité" x L'Hémicycle - Managing parenthood in the workplace and new family models: what impact on the employer brand? What programs are companies putting in place? How can career fractures be reduced? What organizational innovations are needed? How can we homogenize careers and overcome organizational biases to create the conditions for successful parity?

• 6:00 pm - Round table "Assises de la parité" x L'Hémicycle - Parity, entrepreneurship and performance & presentation of the FBA white paper "l'investissement au féminin": How can we support entrepreneurship based on parity? How can we support the growth of "nuggets" in the current economic context? What open model for partnerships between large companies and entrepreneurs?
  
• 6:45pm -Closing session in the presence of Aurore Bergé - Minister Delegate for Equality between Women and Men and the Fight against Discrimination.

• A PARITY STARTUPS CHALLENGE
  Spotlight on parity startups - co-founded or co-directed by women - and female entrepreneurship. On June 24, a major challenge was launched to provide concrete support and long-term coaching for women entrepreneurs. A long-term program, with the awards ceremony scheduled for November 2024, to provide maximum visibility and entertainment for the competing startups.
  
• BENCHMARK STUDIES
  To provide concrete, quantified data on the state of gender parity. To provide inputs for building truly effective actions and strategies, targeting key issues and meeting the real expectations of different ecosystems.
