The question of meaning at work is becoming a topical issue, even more so during this health crisis in which many working people are questioning the future of their professional lives. As a result, companies are well aware of the challenges ahead. The terms "well-being at work", "quality of life at work" and even "happiness at work" are becoming omnipresent... but behind these sometimes sanitized words, employees can feel a deep sense of disarray and no longer understand how to find more meaning in their work.
Laurent Polet, Professor of Management at Ecole Centrale-Supélec, and co-founder of Primaveras, école du sens au travail, shares his expertise and provides guidance on how to approach the quest for meaning at work independently.
